BUYING ONLINE

We hope you are happy with your purchase fromBee Boutique , but for any reason you are not we will be happy to refund you within 14 days of when the garment was received , provided it is in its original state, labels attached. Please return to the below address where once we have inspected the garment we will refund you after 7 working days of the item being received back.

Please note: we do operate a strict 14 day return process therefore if your item is retuned back to us after the 14th day we will automatically issue a store credit UP TO 21 days after the item was received by you. 

Your refund will be for the garment(s )only.We don’t at this time refund return postage unless the item is faulty.

Please also note, the sender is responsible for the returns, therefore if your returned items are lost in transit the onus is on the customer to track this with their chosen courier, and make any necessary claims for the lost parcel. Bee Boutique cannot refund for any returned items that have been lost in the post.
